Name : Stone
Species : Abomination- genetically manipulated cat, beta fish, and human. Endearingly referred to as a Fish-Cat
Age : 53
Height | Weight : 7’ ( 213cm ) | 500lbs ( 226kg )
Gender : Female
Reason for entering : Bringing back her deceased wife, [ Oxalide ]
Strengths
Elbow Grease : Stone is incredibly strong, she can easily lift her weight, her strength has notably dropped over the years since her last tournament. NOTE : Her left hand is missing digits and therefore more tender and easier to harm. She will avoid using this hand in a fight.
Immortality : Stone has participated in a tournament like this before. For her efforts, she was granted immortality, and the responsibility to care for and restore the Labyrinth. She does not age, nor get sick, but she can still come to physical harm. She can be incapacitated but even in extreme situations she will faint from blood loss and take several hours to “recover” from her injuries.
Tooth and Claw She has claws, and will use them. While she has sharp teeth, they are very small and have no discernible fangs. While her jaw strength is not exceptional her teeth are not large enough to cause any real damage unless she is actively biting down.
Abilities
Above Average Senses : Because of the feline contribution to her genetics, she has more developed senses than the average “human”. While her traits aren’t stand out for a cat, they are notable as something more human. These are slight improvements.
• What Big Ears You Have – increased hearing
• What Big Eyes You Have – can see clearly in the dark up to 20’ ( 6m )
• What a Strong Nose You Have – can smell things a normal “human” couldn’t
Weaknesses
Above Average Suffering: With great senses comes great responsibility.
• What Big Ears You Have – loud noises will cause her ears to ring
• What Big Eyes You Have – bright lights may cause temporary blindness
• What a Strong Nose You Have – strong smells are distracting
Cat Nap : While she does like warm weather, if it gets hot it is hard for her to keep active. She does have a fur coat after all. While she can still function, she is likely to tire quicker. If she is not active in heat, she is likely to curl up and take a nap which can and will last hours if undisturbed.
Fish Out of Water : Despite her fishy contributions, she can not breathe underwater.
Old Battle Wounds : Her left hand and tail both bear scars from her time in the Labyrinth. Direct injury to these areas will cause increased pain. Her tail tip is more likely to tear and bleed from skin stretched thin in recovery, even after several years.
Personality
Motherly. She is a community builder, and a good one given her work in the Labyrinth. She is friendly and will always attempt manners before all else, unless someone has already proven to be rude. She is likely to scold bad behavior, and make others feel as though they’ve just disappointed their parent. Her goal is always to bring people together, or help someone towards improving themselves.
Since her recreation into something less than human, she finds it harder to control her emotions when they flare. Though her patience is godly, when she is driven to anger she can be very violent despite trying to hold herself back. She can be jumpy and easily startled at times. More than anything though she is a sweetheart who loves hugs, her wives, and her many adopted children.
History:
She used to be an average office worker. Manager of sales at Big PharmCo. When she noticed some suspicious numbers and tried to follow up with it in the laboratory division she got more than she bargained for. Murdered and used as a basis to create who she is now, a cover up with a perk to the Doctor that created her. She was kept as stupid as possible and sent off to recover water from the fabled Fountain of Immortality.
She succeeded, far beyond what her creator had ever expected. But in doing so she also found herself, remembering her human life slowly. She abandoned her original goal in favor for a new one, to save another competitor. One who’s fate was tied with her from a past life, her wife. Though Stone’s intentions were to use to water to halt the mental degradation of Oxalide, in a final moment of clarity the flower woman shoved the water back into Stone’s mouth instead. Though the pair had been finding each other in reincarnation cycles, Oxalide said that Stone had a job to do now and that she would find her again.
Since then, Stone has been taking her duty seriously. Rebuilding the Labyrinth and restoring it’s former occupants from the Corruption that turned them all to monsters. With her other partner and now wife Kelso, she’s been traveling through the multiverses finding lost Corrupted and returning them to health and home. Though she loves Kelso dearly, the death of Oxalide still sits heavy in her heart. It’s becoming hard to wait for Oxalide to find her again.
Likes
Music, food, dancing, Kelso and Oxalide, and all of her friends and adopted family in Labyrinth
Dislikes
Cucumbers, Dogs, People tapping on glass
Other
Salty Dog Cat: For some reason, presumably caused by the genetic finagling of her creation, Stone seems to produce an excess of natural salt. It is expelled through her saliva for the most part, though each time her claws extend they are coated in salt as well. It makes her very popular with deer.
