Strengths:


[PREHENSILE TAIL]

As with your usual long-tailed bust-a-bout, Marbles’ own tail can grasp and hold onto things. This, and nomfing things through cer mask, are primarily how ce carries things in the state ce’s in.


[PEACEMAKER]

Marbles is patient, naturally kind and yearns only to make those ce cares for happy. Ce knows how to de-escalate and avoid conflicts with words. It works most of the time, as being charming and genuine comes natural from cer.

Abilities:


[‘I SEE DEAD PEOPLE’]

Marbles possesses the uncanny ability to communicate with the corrupted spirits upon the world’s veil, being a corrupted cerself. Ce can see the tricks they play, discern the forms they take, tell them to cut it out.

*The corruption plays nasty. Some sights are far too much for cer to take in, as ce’s both extremely empathetic and bestowed with this disorientating power.

**Marbles cerself can’t do anything to physically stop a corrupt alone, so it’d be up to cer to get the strength to calm down and communicate with them.


[‘CORRUPTION CONDUIT’]

Upon touch with cer bare hoof-paws, Marbles spreads the corruption itself. It can either cause a plant to be possessed by a malicious OR a benevolent spirit. If it were a good spirit, ce could ask it to help cer.

*This is a true gamble however, as malicious spirits yearn to be set into the hosts that are plants. If they were summoned into one, further hell would break loose. It is a true last resort… it’d also make the caballo collie very mad, so ce’d rather not.


[‘SMOKE BOMB’]

Marbles can shroud places with the smoke ce constantly emits from cer mouth and nostrils. It is currently held back by cer mask. If ce’s wise about it and paces cerself, ce could use it for escapes, but ce usually does this in panic.

*Using this hurts cer already hole-filled lungs. It takes alot of inhaling, panting, and exhaling to make it thick enough for escapes, so nine times out of ten ce will pass out from the strain as soon as it’s dark.

Weaknesses:


[YOU’RE TOO SLOW!]

Marbles is very sluggish. Ce’s one to lag behind and needs help moving somewhere quickly. Quick escapes are fairly difficult for cer without cer smoke.


[LIKE A PUPPET]

Marbles is quite detached from cer own body, in a sense. Very clumsy and cer limbs become dead weight in idle. It’s easy for cer to fall over and collapse suddenly, or bump cer head on things alongside tripping by dragging cer hoof-feet. Ce has to put thought into cer limbs and meticulously move.


[PANIC! AT THE ENDGROVE]

Ce loses cerself when ce panics, said emotion being turned up the wazoo due to being corrupted. Ce will buck, headbutt, and throw cerself like a cornered feral. Easily able to injure cer already dead body and others with cer size.


[SAVE ME MY KNIGHT IN A CHEAP RED CHARRO]

Being dead already, Marbles will not heal from injuries naturally. Ce can only heal into cer current state [not cer alive one, just this corrupted basic one] if Mary is able to play cer vihuela. Severe injuries require longer tunes alongside a maintained good mood from Mary.


[PHYSICALLY FRAIL]

Just as any BAB coming into a heavier world, ce’s easy to slash or tear apart like an inanimate pinata. There’s no candy in the end though, just burnt toffee… unless you like burnt toffee, then, yay?


[HEY THERE'S GULLIBLE WRITTEN ON YOUR HORNS]

Marbles only yearns to see the best in others… to a detriment. It's easy to lie to cer, as ce will tend to believe the best outcomes and reasonings only. It works in an optimistic sense but in a more combat oriented field like the Endgrove, ce is easily fooled.

Personality:


Marbles is but a sweet, if self-doubting soul who wants to be there for those ce loves. Ce’s never had alot of friends, so ce tends to overcompensate and be awkward at cer sincerest- it’s not helped now since ce’s extra drowsy.

Despite the awkwardness, ce is a huge nerd and can get too excited and loud about subjects ce’s passionate about, rambling on for as long as cer coughing, exhausted form will allow cer.

Naturally charmingly weird, something cer seemingly ‘dangerously elegant’ appearance could throw one off from. All ce really wants is the breath to talk and sing with cer best friend again. Following this, ce seems shrouded by melancholy due to what ce’s lost. Ce tries not to make moments awkward or sad, quick to sacrifice cer own comfort for the mood’s sake; A People Pleaser to cer own detriment.

Despite how much ce talks, it seems a distraction to not talk much about the things the corruption tells cer. They’re awful things, so ce tends to be on edge naturally, not knowing how to cope with such recent developments. Ce’s remembering more and more, slowly, with Mary’s aid.

Aren’t you lucky to get a ticket? Cer shows are always sold out! The headliner of the ‘Marvelous M’s’ Mariachi group, Marbles Miguelito has graced the stage. A naturally gifted singer from an era long gone. Cer stardom was known around the country, a timeless inspiration who lives on in memory from passionate fans.

Fans just wonder where ce and cer Mariachi group went; They’ve been missing for a while. The other members have their fans, as Miguelito encouraged giving the others time to shine, but the vihuela player was never interactive or of note to the popular crowd.
